Flats are a different job to houses and we treat them like one. Narrow stairwells, awkward turns, a loading bay you can only use for twenty minutes — we work it out before the van arrives, not while it is double-parked.
What's included
- We check access at both ends: stairs, lifts, door widths and where the van can sit
- Sofas and mattresses turned and protected rather than forced through a doorway
- Communal areas kept clear and clean — no blocked fire doors, no scuffed walls
- Timed slots where a building requires them
- Single-room moves and house-share swaps welcome, not just whole flats
