No hourly clock ticking while you wonder what it's costing. We look at the job, quote a number, and stick to it.
Tell us the job
Ring, text or fill in the quote form. Tell us the postcodes, which floor, whether there's parking, and anything heavy or awkward. Photos help but they're not essential.
Get a fixed price
We come back with one number, usually the same day. That price covers the van, both movers, blankets and straps — and it doesn't change on the day unless you add to the job.
Moving day
We turn up when we said, wrap what needs wrapping, load carefully and keep you posted. You're welcome to help or to stay out of the way with a cup of tea.
Set down and sorted
Everything goes in the room you point at, beds go back together if we took them apart, and any packaging or waste leaves with us — legally, as a licensed waste carrier.

How far ahead should I book?
A week or two for a full house move; single items we can often do the same week. Fridays and month-ends go first.
Do you do evenings and weekends?
Yes — often the best time for office moves and for anyone who can't take a day off.
What if the job turns out bigger?
Tell us everything up front and the price holds. If you add to it on the day, we'll tell you the difference before we load it.
Can you take the old stuff away?
Yes. We're a licensed waste carrier, so the sofa you're replacing can leave in the same trip.
Do you cover more than Whickham?
Yes — Dunston, Blaydon, Gateshead, Newcastle and the villages in between, and further afield on request.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. For bigger houses we will come and look at no charge.
